This year please consider joining your school's local PTA. The #1 reason to join is to support and speak on behalf of our children. The purpose of the PTA is to support a closer relationship between home and the school to secure the best education for our children. Other advantages of joining the PTA include:

SPEAK UP AND WITNESS IMPROVEMENT
PTA can be an effective way to suggest change in your school. Also, by getting involved you can be part of the solution. PTA plays an important role in fundraising to provide school improvements, which are vital to the school's success.
Throughout the year the PTA will sponsor a variety of events for your child and family. Please feel free to participate in any of these functions and if your schedule allows you some time to volunteer for any of the events, we'd appreciate your efforts!
